Prepreg Carbon Fiber Compression 

Mould Press mold curing is specialized for small, high quality and request to perfect fitment, net-shape parts in a high-rate environment, where a prepreg carbon fiber in a mold is compressed at high pressure between heated plates. Press mold curing is often used for highly demanded applications where the high throughput allowed by rapid curing.

 

Vacuum bag 

Seal the prepreg carbon fiber in the mold and vacuum bag. Next, evacuate the excess air through vacuum suction, creating pressure to achieve atmospheric pressure, causing the product to adhere to the mold before proceeding with heating.
